Weekly Adolescent Skills/Support Group
For the motivated or conflicted teenager - the focus is on peer support, emotion regulation skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and DBT/CBT skills. This is also a safe place for teens to explore depression or anxiety, conflicts, dilemmas, and trauma. Teens learn relationship skills to enhance connections with siblings, peers, and parents, to come out of isolation into social well-being, etc.

"The Good Life" Recovery Group
This group was designed for newcomers to therapy or those who have tried individual therapy but continue to experience rather severe symptoms of anxiety, depression, difficulty coping, self-harm thoughts, etc. This 20-week program is for the motivated individual who wants a variety of fun, inspiring, and effective treatment approaches to make progress in self-regulation, mood, relationship enhancement, and achievement of progress. Accountability is a component of this group therapy, as is application of learning.

"The Good Life" Discovery Group
This evening group is generally for working individuals or college/graduate students who are relatively stable and "functional" in their life but who are "missing" overall well-being, a zest for life, who struggle with boredom/anxiety/low grade depression and may be "blocked" in achieving their personal or career goals. This group is for the motivated individual who needs accountability and who wants to make progress using new, creative and inspiring approaches to living.

Happy Destiny Group
This group is for those who have struggled with substance abuse issues and would like to have more joy in their life. Whether new to recovery or an "old timer", this group focuses on exploring possible obstacles to create healing and attain what you want most out of life.
Modalities utilized include DBT and CBT skills, 12 Step recovery, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and joyful living skills.

Journey to Wellness Group
This group is designed for healing from issues that were created due to growing up in any type of dysfunctional family. Examples of such issues may include codependency, a need for control, anxiety, relationship addiction or any other addiction. Healing from childhood wounds can free you to live in a way that is more consistent with your own desires, values, and beliefs.
Modalities utilized include psychoeducation on family systems, the grief process, incident writing, and elements of Internal Family Systems.
